My story: A calling to save lives

My journey began with learning CPR and recognizing the difference one prepared person can make in an emergency. What started as a valuable skill became a passion for helping others develop the knowledge and confidence to respond when someone's life may depend on it. That passion led me to become an American Heart Association BLS Instructor and establish Breathe Again CPR LLC.

For me, this work is more than a business. It is a calling rooted in faith, service, and a deep love for my community. I believe God has given me an opportunity to help others prepare for moments when their actions could give someone another chance at life.

You never know when you may be the person someone needs in an emergency. My heart is to help you feel prepared to respond.

Teaching with purpose and heart

I welcome people from all walks of life, including parents, teachers, childcare providers, church members, and workplace teams. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing their skills, and building confidence.

My approach is hands-on, engaging, and easy to follow. Every class is an opportunity to help someone move from uncertainty to preparedness, with practical skills they can carry into their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Through mobile, on-site training, Breathe Again CPR brings lifesaving education to churches, schools, childcare centers, and workplaces throughout North Florida. By bringing training directly to the people I serve, I help make learning more convenient and accessible.

You do not have to be a medical professional to make a difference. You can be a parent, coworker, neighbor, or friend who is prepared to help when it matters most.

A scripture that guides my mission

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

This scripture reminds me to remain faithful to the work, even when the journey is challenging. Every class taught and every person equipped is a seed planted. I may never know every life this training touches, but I trust that serving with love, patience, and purpose can make a lasting difference.

My prayer is that God continues to guide my steps and use Breathe Again CPR to serve others, one class, one community, and one life at a time.

Why this work matters to me

“You never know when you may be the person someone needs in an emergency. My heart is to help you feel prepared to respond. Through Breathe Again CPR, I pray that the skills I teach will help someone make a difference and give another person a chance to breathe again.”

Be prepared. Build confidence. Learn to save a life.
